Key Account Specialists focus on maintaining strong client relationships, while Business Development Managers drive growth opportunities and market expansion.
The Medical and Technical Support Department is managed by the Training and Application Manager, who ensures the proper use and application of products. Medical Science Liaisons provide scientific expertise and communication with healthcare professionals, while Field Service Engineers handle the technical support and maintenance of equipment.
The Finance and Operations Department is led by the Finance Manager, working alongside accountants who manage financial records and reporting. The collection team is responsible for handling receivables and ensuring smooth financial transactions.
The Regulatory and Logistics Department is overseen by the Regulatory Affairs Manager, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The Logistics Manager coordinates supply chain operations, overseeing the movement of medical kits and products. A dedicated delivery team is responsible for transporting medical kits from customs to warehouses and ensuring timely delivery from warehouses to customers.
The Human Resources and Administration Department is managed by Human Resources Managers, who oversee recruitment, employee development, and organizational policies. The Human Resources team supports day-to-day human resources operations, while the Office Manager ensures administrative efficiency. The Reception team provides front-desk support and facilitates communication across departments.
